The house features approximately 1,500 books, a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ space with free grill and tools, a 100-inch projector for movie nights, a hammock, board games, and free Wi-Fi. It is kid-friendly with a baby gate, toys, picture books, and a bottle sterilizer available.

Room-only rates start from ¥15,000 per night for the whole house (December to June, weekday, 1 guest). For 4 or more guests, the per-person rate remains the same regardless of group size. For example, a weekday stay in December to June for 4 guests costs ¥7,000 per person. An optional dinner plan is available for ¥4,200 per person per night. Children (elementary school age and under) sharing a bed are charged ¥1,100 per child per night.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM the next day. Free on-site parking for one car is included.

Access: About 10 minutes by car from Nagaoka-Kita Smart IC (Kan-Etsu Expressway, ETC only). From Tokyo Station, take the Joetsu Shinkansen to JR Nagaoka Station (about 1 hour 40 minutes), then bus to Yoita Nakamachi (about 30-40 minutes) or taxi (about 25-30 minutes). From Narita or Haneda Airport, total travel time to Nagaoka is approximately 2.5-3 hours.

Nearby attractions include Teradomari Fish Market (about 20 minutes by car), Yahiko Shrine (about 25 minutes), and Nagaoka city centre (about 20 minutes). In summer, the Nagaoka Festival Grand Fireworks (August 2-3) is one of Japan's top three fireworks displays.

In winter, Nagaoka is covered in snow, offering a unique snow country experience. The house provides a warm retreat to enjoy reading, hot pot cooking, and watching snowfall from inside.
